Thai Airways is a good, borderline great first class experience according to Thai Airways first class reviews. The seats vary, with three separate configurations: a brand new suite class on 747 aircraft, a large but less private A380 seat, and an older 747 suite that is sub-optimal. Although the hard product is not as advanced as Singapore or Emirates suites, the seats are large and comfortable.

Food service reviews are generally great. No bloggers reported bad food experiences, but while some found the food to be superb, others noted the meals were not memorable. Drink service is solid, with high-end champagne and several quality liquors, as well as local Thai drinks. Service is typically excellent, although not as “perfect” as some other carriers. While Premium Travel Insider does not include lounges and ground experience in scoring, the Thai ground experience at Bangkok is superb for first class passengers, as it includes a one-hour spa treatment.

One item to watch out for is the WiFi, which is expensive, so many reviewers did not purchase it, and for the one that did, they reported very slow speeds.
