Air France has an excellent first class product known as La Première. Service, the drink program, and bedding are all superb during a journey with Air France. Additionally, Air France first class reviews praise comfortable seats, great food, and lavatories. Other features such as the IFE and amenity kit are good, but not as highly rated as other factors. The only weakness is the WiFi, which is below average. Although not factored into Premium Travel Insider ratings, the La Première ground experience at Charles De Gaulle (Paris) airport is also very pleasant. These features make for an extremely comfortable flight in Air France first class.
