KLM, based out of the Netherlands, is considered a good business class experience overall. KLM is praised as having excellent service above all else, as well as a great IFE. KLM business class reviews found other categories to be more mixed in quality. The seat is very solid, with recent upgrades to a standard 2-2-2 configuration found on many airlines. However, certain aspects of the soft product were rated below average. These included food and drink, which tended to be very hit or miss. Additionally, the bedding and amenity kits were generally deemed subpar, as well. Some reviewers also expressed concern with the bathrooms on older aircraft. Despite several categories being below average, overall, flyers generally found KLM service to be acceptable.
