United is considered a great option for business class travelers according to bloggers and reviewers. United business class reviews praise the bedding as the “best in the sky.” For reviewers who flew the new “true Polaris” seats, the seats scored highly. However, United flies several seating configurations. Non-Polaris seats had much lower ratings, and United flies the dreaded “dorm style” business with a very tight 2-4-2 configuration on some flights. For other categories, United generally scored acceptable or better. The one weakness is WiFi, which was the lowest score. In general, United flights are viewed as good but not “blow you away” experiences. The biggest wildcards reported are food and service. Overall, these factors make United a worthwhile airline to fly to a number of destinations.
