ANA has a superb first class product, with reviewers unanimously reporting positive, memorable flight experiences.  Food, drink, bedding, and service all scored in the superb range.  ANA first class reviews emphasized just how incredible the food, drink, and service on ANA are, with the airline being compared to being equivalent to a fine-dining restaurant quality experience.  Both the amenity kit and the IFE are also considered to be very good.  The “ANA Square” seat found on most aircraft is somewhat controversial: while large and comfortable, the shape of the seat is described as somewhat awkward by many reviewers.  The WiFi is the lowest rated amenity, with reviewers noting slow WiFi on many aircraft.  ANA makes for an excellent way to travel to and from Japan.
