Lufthansa first class is considered a superb product by reviewers and bloggers. Superb food and drink and excellent service and bedding collectively make for an incredible soft product in the sky. Good seats and lavatories are also reported as positives. The IFE and amenity kit are considered good, although some reviewers note an average IFE selection. WiFi was reported as poor on many flights. Lufthansa’s first class product is extremely consistent across their varied fleet. No matter what aircraft you fly, you can expect the same excellent experience. Although not factored into Premium Travel Insider reviews, travelers passing through Frankfurt have access to the epic Lufthansa First Class Lounge.
