Korean Air business class is considered a good business class product by reviewers and bloggers. Korean Air business class reviews note great service, as well as good food and drink service. The IFE is rated as below average due to a lack of a good selection. The lavatories are often small and in some reviews, noted as not well maintained. Another key item to note is that while overall reviews were at 2.36/3, the “Big 5” was rated 2.15/3. This indicates that the overall experience was greater than some of the individual characteristics.
Much like Korean Air first class, Korean Air business class flies several different hard products. The best, the Apex Suites, are rated as high quality. Other business class seats are not even fully lay flat, but still reasonably comfortable. There still remains several variations of seating options, and travelers should research what product they will be flying prior to booking. Many current reviews noted a lack of WiFi, but Korean Airlines may be upgrading their fleet. Travelers who require WiFi should check before booking to see if their aircraft has WiFi capability.
