Asiana Business Class Reviews

Asiana Airlines is considered a good – if not great – choice by most bloggers and reviewers. Asiana business class reviews frequently cite excellent service and great food. Seats are also consistently acceptable across the Asiana fleet, although there are two notable exceptions. First, the carrier flies older angle flats on some routes, although these routes are decreasing. Second, the carrier eliminated first class service and instead now sells former first class seats as enhanced “Business Suite” service. Although none of our aggregated reviews reviewed this product, it is important to note.

Three weaknesses include IFE, bedding, and WiFi. The IFE systems lack many Western options, or in some cases, many options at all, which can be bothersome on long flights. Many reviewers noted subpar pillows, which is uncomfortable for longer flights. Finally, Asiana has been slow to add WiFi, and no reviews to date had WiFi on their flights. Another quirk of note is that on “shorter” long-haul flights, Asiana does not offer amenity kits, instead making the contents (such as eye masks, dental kits, etc.) available upon request from flight attendants or self-serve in bathrooms.

What to Look Forward To: Excellent service; great Korean food that is different than many airline meals

What to Watch Out For: No WiFi; limited IFE selection
