Turkish Airlines is considered a great airline by bloggers and reviewers. Turkish Airlines business class reviews all praise the excellent food that the airline is known for. In addition, the service, bedding, and drink program are also great. Other features, such as the lavatory, IFE, and amenity kit, are all above average. Turkish suffers in two areas. One, their seats, while comfortable, are not considered a competitive product compared to many airlines. This is changing with the new 787-10 product, but these aircraft are still relatively rare. Two, the WiFi is unreliable. Despite these flaws, bloggers and reviewers are generally very positive overall about Turkish Airlines.
