ANA Business Class Reviews - Premium Travel Insider

ANA Business Class is considered a great product among bloggers. Excellent food and professional service is cited in nearly all of the ANA business class reviews. Seat reviews vary, with the seat considered solid and/or good by some reviewers, but “dated” by others due to the 1-2-1 forward facing configuration. Regional business class seats are inferior on some flights. Some reviewers also note that the IFE lacks a robust selection and is not on par with the otherwise strong experience that ANA offers. That said, no score was lower than the “good” range, indicating a very well-balanced product.
