Air Canada Business Class Reviews

Air Canada is considered a great option for business class travelers according to bloggers and reviewers. Notable Air Canada praise is based on the superb IFE and service, paired with with great reverse herringbone seats and food. Air Canada also flies a number of different routes across the world, including to Australia. A notable weakness was the lack of WiFi on aircraft, so travelers requiring that feature should be prepared to go unconnected. Most reviewers found Air Canada Business class to be a great trip, but not worthy of an “aspirational” redemption or booking.

What to Look Forward To: Superb service and IFE

What to Watch Out for: Some older aircraft do not have the reverse herringbone seats; some reviewers felt the 787 seats were cramped; no WiFi

Premium Travel Insider scores overall ratings on a 1-5 scale, and individual category ratings 1-3. Higher is better. NR = not rated by the reviewer for their flight or insufficiently reviewed. 0 = that product was not offered on a flight (typically bedding, WiFi, amenity kit).
