The majority of other categories score in the “acceptable” range. The 2-2-2 seating in business class is critiqued as being dated. Notable weaknesses include a poor IFE system, as well as below average bedding and amenity kits. LOT does not offer WiFi on its aircraft, which is of concern. Multiple reviewers noted that LOT cash fares are often cheaper than other airlines, which is positive.
