Although better known for a superb first class experience, Etihad also has a great business class. Etihad business class reviews reveal that the carrier is extremely competitive. Bloggers and reviewers note that Etihad has great service, a strong drink program, good food, and comfortable seats. Etihad also features an in-air lounge area on the A380, accessible to business and first class passengers as place to mingle and relax.

Of note, aircraft are being fit with the new Etihad “business studio” product, a 1-2-1 staggered configuration that received high ratings. However, not all aircraft have this product yet. Lavatories and amenity kits are acceptable but not distinguished in any way for business class passengers. Etihad is overall very solid, with only one weak score: WiFi.
