Singapore Airlines is considered an excellent first class product. Singapore Airlines first class reviews note that nearly the entire experience is superb. Food, drink, IFE, and service are all superior. On the A380, the Singapore Suites are considered one of the best products in the world. The first class suites on the 777-300ER are reviewed as good, but considered a significant step down from the A380 suites. The rest of the experience is otherwise typically the same superior product on both aircrafts. The only negative reviews were related to the WiFi, which is often mediocre.
