Premium Travel Insider has added our newest business class airline: LOT Polish Airlines. Based out of Poland, LOT offers attractive business class fares with a two-cabin service. The airline is an interesting gateway to Eastern Europe and worth considering if you are traveling to that region of the world. Read on to learn more about our new LOT Polish Airlines Business Class Reviews and what you can expect.
As a reminder, Premium Travel Insider aggregates reviews from around the web and scores them on a 1-3 scale. A 3 indicates that a given category exceeded reviewer expectations, a 2 indicates it met expectations, and a 1 failed to meet expectations. We evaluate a variety of categories, the most important of which we call the “Big 5” that are most important to a premium travel experience: seat, food, drink, service, and in flight entertainment. You can learn more about our methodology here.
The Top Line
LOT Polish Airlines business class scored a 2.14/3, which is a good rating. The “Big 5” rating scored 1.99/3, which is an average rating. This disparity means that while the overall experience on LOT Polish Airlines may be good, some specific aspects of the ride may not be. Our initial LOT Polish Airlines business class reviews include seven reviews from seven different sites. However, an important disclaimer: with a low level-of-detail rating of 1.86/3, and comparatively few reviews available, we have lower than normal confidence in these scores.
What’s Great
LOT business class service is considered great with a 2.43/3 rating. This was the one standout characteristic. Other categories such as seat, food, drink, and lavatory were all rated at a solid 2.00/3.
What’s Not
The IFE was quite poorly rated, at 1.50/3. In addition, the amenity kit scored at 1.75/3, and the bedding scored 1.67/3. Of concern to business class travelers, there is no WiFi on LOT Polish Airlines aircraft.
Is LOT Polish Airlines Business class worth flying?
Based on our new LOT Polish Airlines business class reviews, this airline offers an acceptable product. Overall, the lowest categories are amenity kit and bedding, which are not critical features. The seats are rated reasonably well despite a 2-2-2 configuration. Of note, however—we have relatively few reviews to go by, and some of the reviews were low in detail.
